We will be pleased to welcome you to our 170 m² villa, which can host a maximum of 10/12 people. Around the house is a 2000 m² garden which has a private swimming pool.
Quotes can be adapted on request according to the period and number of people (possible for a fortnight).
2 terraces, one covered south-facing terrace adjacent to the swimming pool and one shaded terrace under the apple trees.
Outdoor equipment: sunbathing, garden furniture, game of “petanque”, barbecue...
Indoor equipment: modern and spacious kitchen: induction cooktop, range hood, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, wash - linen, opening onto 50m² dining room with 2 sofas, TV, DVD player.
- 1 bedroom for 3 people with mezzanine bed and double sofa bed
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (bed size 140)
- Bathroom: bath and shower, 2 washbasins and separate toilets
- A parental bedroom on the first floor with its own dressing room, bathroom, separate WC and terrace,
This parental bedroom gives access to a 5th small bedroom for a young child and/or a baby.
-We can supply some extra furniture for baby: baby bed with mattress, thin changing mattress, baby bath, baby chair, feeding-bottle warmer...

-1 chambre 3 personnes avec lit mezzanine et canapé lit 2 places
- 2 chambres avec couchage double (literie en 140)
- Salle de bain: baignoire et douche, 2 vasques et WC indépendant.
- Une suite parentale à l'étage composée de son dressing, de sa salle de bain et d'une terrasse, WC indépendant.
Cette suite donne accès à une 5 éme chambre idéale pour un enfant et/ou un bébé (2 lits en 90).
Nous pouvons fournir un nécessaire BB comprenant:
- lit parapluie, matelas à langer, baignoire, chaise haute, rehausseur, chauffe biberon ...

We took full advantage of the swimming pool and the pétanque court before gaining fairly easy access to the French GP on the weekend, being in a good position to go there!
The villa is spacious and the air conditioning is good in the summer, the owners are very pleasant, easy to contact and don't hesitate to give advice for going for a walk.
There were 10 of us and we highly recommend this property!!

On arrival, after a few hours drive, the owners had thought of everything: pancakes, chocolate and juice for the children (and also the big children :)) and a drink to quench our thirst and start our vacation on a good note. Thank you for this beautiful attention.
Also, the villa was as we had imagined and especially as it is described in the ad. We had plenty of room for 11 and the pool was well worth it :).
The owners are available and ready to inquire about the area, its shops and other activities.
Highly recommend.
Also in the village, if you want good meat, do not hesitate to go to the butcher village: Guy and Murielle: the meat is good and the butchers are very welcoming
Very positive point of the house: swimming pool (to the delight of the children!) In front of the terrace from morning to night. The rooms are large and the master bedroom suite top sweet! As a bonus ... the bowling private: D

We all had a great time.
The house is very well equipped, ideally located. The area is quiet, pleasant while remaining fairly close to the beach (about 30 min). The village has all the necessary amenities.
In short, you can go there with your eyes closed!
