LIVING ROOM & DINING
Space and light is in abundance in the glorious triple reception room where ornate cornicing and period features blend brilliantly with modern artwork and bold colours. A piano takes centre stage bringing harmony and a mellow mood to the open-plan space which includes a large dining table. Bursts of yellow are the perfect accompaniment to savour at mealtimes.

KITCHEN
With any number of bistros and bakeries on your doorstep - including Les Pipelettes, Aux Plumes and A Mi-Chemin - there's little need to cook. However, the small eat-in kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle, induction hob, microwave and various cooking utensils should you want to savour some home-cooked food.

BATHROOMS
The first bathroom, featuring a bath and wash basin is vast whilst fully tiled in white with a hint of green. The second bathroom is striking with its jagged mosaic tiling and calming neutral white décor, hosting a bath with shower attachment and wash basin. En route to bedroom three on the top floor, there is a third bathroom that comprising a corner shower with an integrated wash basin.

WE LOVE
The fabulous location, perfect for families with its nearby playground and ideal for those craving a bit of retail therapy, with pop-up markets appearing in the street twice a week.

No smoking, pets or parties. Please note, the WC is separate from the bathroom. The stairs up to the third bedroom are both narrow and steep, so may not be suitable for all guests or young children. The apartment is also located on the third floor with no lift access.
