House Granaio is an ancient and carefully restored farmhouse. The property housed a water mill that worked until one century ago. In fact, next to the house there is a small stream with a graceful waterfall.
The house has been restored, respecting the style of the old farmhouses, but offers all the comforts of today's homes: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, satellite TV, DVD player, internet wifi, washing machine.
The house is perfect for those who want to alternate visits the beauties of Tuscany with pleasant relaxation in nature. The house offer a perfect place to cook, read, play in the meadows, lie down at the pool, walk in the woods.
Antica casa colonica restaurata con cura. La casa ospitava un mulino ad acqua fino a un secolo fa. Accanto alla casa infatti c'è un piccolo ruscello con una graziosa cascata.
La casa è stata restaurata rispettando in tutto lo stile delle antiche case coloniche, ma offre le comodità delle abitazioni di oggi: lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura a induzione, toaster, TV SAT, lettore DVD, internet wifi, lavatrice.
