Single cottage situated in the first hills of Camaiore with a typical Tuscan atmosphere. “Casa Giovanna” is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and only a few kilometres from the beach and all the main tourist attractions.
The house has been newly furnished and is divided over two floors.
On the ground floor, you can find a living room with dining area, fireplace and a radio, a kitchen, a small living room with TV with double sofabed. There is also a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower with access from the back of the house.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely veranda overlooking the garden, with a barbecue, sitting area, umbrellas and sunbeds.
Private parking is available on the property.

Di ottime finiture, arredata con gusto mantenendo le tipicità rustiche Toscane, “Casa Giovanna” è il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in piena tranquillità immersi nella natura a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge e dalle attrazioni della Versilia. L’abitazione, fresca e confortevole, è dotata di nuovi arredi e si sviluppa su due livelli. Il piano terra dispone di un’ampia sala dotata di zona pranzo e zona relax corredata di caminetto, impianto stereo e comodi divani, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una saletta Tv corredata di divano letto matrimoniale. Al piano terra è infine presente un comodo e funzionale bagno con doccia. Il piano superiore, adibito a zona notte, prevede una spaziosa camera matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia. L’abitazione dispone di una ulteriore camera doppia, dotata di bagno con doccia, da cui si accede dalla parte posteriore della casa. Esternamente, il fresco porticato, che si affaccia sul giardino corredato di barbecue, tavolo con sedie, ombrellone e lettini prendisole, offre agli ospiti la possibilità di trascorrere sereni momenti di relax immersi nel silenzio e nei colori della natura circostante. Parcheggio privato all’interno della proprietà.

L'abitazione è situata sulla prima collina di Camaiore. La zona è tranquilla e rilassante. Le immediate vicinanze offrono diversi punti di interesse da poter visitare. A pochi minuti si trova Camaiore, ricordata per il suo centro storico e la pieve romanica. Viareggio, nota località balneare, è resa famosa per il suo carnevale ed i carri allegorici di "cartapesta". Torre del Lago Puccini, città che prende il nome dall'omonimo compositore, ogni estate omaggia il suo maestro ospitando il festival Pucciniano nel quale vengono rappresentate, in un teatro all'aperto che si affaccia sul lago di Massaciuccoli, alcune opere del compositore. Pietrasanta detta anche "La piccola Atene", città d'arte con la sua rocca storica, le botteghe artigiane, i musei di grandi scultori ed i locali tipici che si affacciano sulle vie del centro storico.
