Porto Cesareo, set like a pearl in Salento, is located on the Ionian Sea between Gallipoli and Taranto. Renowned since Roman times, it is one of the most attractive places in Salento.
The white sandy beaches stretch for over 18 km and the many green islets that are reflected in a crystal clear and pristine sea bring to mind an exotic paradise. Among the islands of the archipelago, especially the island but commonly called by the island of the Rabbits (Conigli), within walking distance from the port or the fishing boats.
Porto Cesareo (the Maldives of Salento) is full of beaches and is 15 km from Lecce (Florence of the South) and a few kilometers from Otranto, Gallipoli, Ugento, Porto Selvaggio, Santa Maria di Leuca and Santa Cesarea Terme.
All of Salento is full of small towns, rich in churches, museums and cultural itineraries (e.g. Nardò, Galatina, mesh, Copertino, vigils, Manduria, etc.
