The three-room apartment is located in an area rich in activities, such as supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, and is just a short walk from the bus stop.
It consists of an entrance, a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen, a quadruple bedroom, and a bathroom with a spacious shower equipped with a shower enclosure. The quadruple bedroom and the living room have access to the balcony equipped with a relaxation area with a retractable sunshade. The apartment is accessible by stairs or elevator.
