Welcome to Marina di Posto Rosso! Our small villa is located just 50 meters from the sea, on a rocky coast. The villa consists of a bright living room, a small kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, you can enjoy the convenient outdoor shower, the shaded and fenced veranda, perfect for meals and relaxation while admiring the sea. There is also an outdoor barbecue.

The house is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. Water and gas are included. Due to the energy emergency, electricity is included up to a reasonable limit (150 kWh is included in the cost, suitable for normal usage). Any excess will be charged on-site based on meter readings (meter readings will be provided at check-in and check-out, at a cost of 0.50 cents per kWh).

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental cost but can be booked in advance for an additional fee. Pets are allowed for an extra fee

Inoltre, potrete godere della comoda doccia esterna, della veranda ombreggiata e recintata, ideale per consumare i pasti e rilassarsi ammirando il mare. Presente barbecue all'esterno.
La casa dispone di zanzariere e aria condizionata per garantirvi il massimo comfort.
I consumi di acqua e gas sono inclusi; data l’emergenza energetica, i consumi elettrici sono inclusi fino ad un congruo tetto limite(sono inclusi nel costo 150 kw/h, ottimali per un consumo normale) oltre il quale è richiesto pagamento in loco della differenza, come da lettura del contatore( sarà fornita lettura al check in e check out, al costo di 0.50 cent di euro a Kw/h)
