Nice and comfortable villa with large terrace and private pool. The property is located in a quiet residential area near the historic center of Calonge. A short drive away you can find the beautiful beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and the great bay of Palamós. On the beach you can do many water sports and on the promenade between Sant Antoni and Palamós you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
The HOUSE is distributed as follows: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a large living room with access to the terrace and pool
. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, one of them ENSUITE with terrace and private bathroom, with jaccusi and hydromassage shower.
