This apartment is situated only 80m from the seashore and is completely new. It has been furnished with attention to detail and consists of a living room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and 2 other smaller bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the floor below that can be reached by a round staircase.
The living space outside the apartment is on the same floor as the master bedroom and offers the possibility to cook and relax outside. This area is surrounded by vases with flowers, thus providing secluded areas for relaxation. The apartment also includes air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom, washing machine, satelite TV, electric stove, iron and ironing board.

Also about 200m away is a supermarket, newsagents, restaurant/pizzeria, ice cream. You can go diving and discover the beautiful backdrop of Sardinia, horseriding or admire important archaeological sites.

Our house is easily reached by following the directions from the port of Olbia (18 km) or the port of Golfo Aranci (4 km); if you arrive by plane you can get a taxi (about €40/50)
