Villa close to the sea, very bright, tidy and tastefully furnished for a very comfortable stay in the middle of the natural elements. view overlooking Cap Blanc Nez and the English coast via two terraces (front and rear), very sunny. The garden is very spacious and fully fenced. There is a large barbecue and garden furniture. Departure point for beautiful hiking and swimming, this house will welcome you for a great time with friends and family.
The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped, open to the dining room and terrace. Both bedrooms are very spacious and a smaller one is extended by a terrace overlooking the sea. There is a large garage with bar which can serve as storage space for bicycles or fishing equipment.
The shops are open on Sunday morning and not far away but you have to go by car. There are many activities nearby (golf, sailing, kite surfing, cycling, tennis...)
Villa à proximité de la mer, très lumineuse, coquette et aménagée avec goût pour un séjour très confortable au milieu des éléments naturels. Vue plongeante sur le Cap Blanc Nez et les côtes anglaises via deux terrasses (à l'avant et à l'arrière) bien exposées. Le jardin est très spacieux et entièrement clôturé. Il y a un grand barbecue et du mobilier de jardin. Départ de belles randonnées, de baignades, cette maison vous accueillera pour passer de très bons moments entre amis et en famille. La cuisine est nouvellement aménagée et bien équipée, ouverte sur la salle à manger et la terrasse . Deux chambres sont très spacieuses et une autre plus petite se prolonge par un terrasse vue sur mer. Au rez de chaussée, il y a une salle de séjour qui peut servir de salle de fête familiale avec bar et petite cuisine et babyfoot Il y a également deux chambres chacune pour 2 personnes et une salle de douche. Les commerces dont une surface ouverte le dimanche matin ne sont pas loin mais il faut s'y rendre en voiture.De nombreuses activités sont possibles aux alentours (golf, voile, kite surf, vélo, tennis,...)

Following this comment, I have 2 clarifications to make: 1) I would like to point out that we have made improvements very recently to the accommodation, in particular the installation of a very effective VPH (hygroregulated positive ventilation) which makes the air completely healthy.
2) this year is an exceptional year regarding rainfall and by the sea, there is more water evaporation so it is possible that it will be a little more humid in the two rooms located on the ground floor compared to the first floor.
suite à ce commentaire j'ai 2 précisions à apporter 1) je tiens à préciser que nous avons fait des améliorations très récemment dans le logement notamment l'installation d'une VPH (ventilation positive hygroréglable) très efficace qui rend l'air totalement sain.
2) cette année est une année exceptionnelle concernant la pluviométrie et en bord de mer , il y a plus d'évaporation d'eau donc il est possible qu'il fasse un peu plus humide dan les deux chambres situées au rez-de-chaussée par rapport à l'étage..
