Miramare is a private villa with swimming pool (11x5 m) just 5 km from the beaches.
Its location on the Mediterranean hills of Rosignano Marittimo offers a beautiful sea view of the Etruscan Coast and the islands of Capraia, Elba and Corsica.
The property is completely fenced, surrounded by hedges and tall trees, and is an oasis of tranquility in total privacy, with an equipped area for exclusive use of the swimming pool (solarium, umbrellas, sunbeds, gazebo).
The villa consists of two independent apartments. 1st floor, two double bedrooms, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, each room leads to the large terrace overlooking the sea.
Ground floor, one double bedroom, one double bedroom plus two bunk beds, two bathrooms, large living / dining room (50sqm), kitchenette, large covered veranda with direct access to the surrounding garden with barbecue and large gazebo for breakfast / dinners.
The main cities of art (Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, Siena, Florence) are just a few km away and day trips are possible.
Shops, banks, supermarkets are located about 1500 meters from the house.

La proprietà è totalmente recintata ed è una oasi di tranquillità in totale privacy. Dispone di una area attrezzata ad uso esclusivo della piscina (solarium, ombrelloni, lettini, gazebo). Ideale per famiglie con bambini che possono circolare liberamente nel grande giardino di oltre 1000 mq. La villa è composta da due appartamenti indipendenti. 1°piano, due camere matrimoniali, bagno, salone pranzo, cucina, da ogni locale si accede al grande terrazzo vista mare. Piano terreno, due camere matrimoniali, oltre a due posti in letto a castello, due bagni, grande salone pranzo/relax (50mq), cucinotto, grande veranda coperta con accesso diretto al giardino circostante provvisto di barbecue e ampio gazebo per consumare colazioni/cene. Le principali città d’arte (Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, Siena, Firenze) si trovano a pochi km e sono possibili escursioni giornaliere. Negozi, banche, supermarket, si trovano a circa 2000 mt dalla casa.
