Le Grand Cerf is an individual chalet offering easy access to the ski slopes (200 meters), chimney lounge, and private jacuzzi .

Ideally located: just 200 meters from village center and Ski school. You can forget your car during your whole stay ! You can even return to the chalet with skis (just 10 meters).

Very quiet environment: no road , no direct neighbours.

Arranged on 2 levels.
the ground level has its 3 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom.
On the first level: lounge with chimney, dining room, and the American kitchen. The lounge is very cosy with large sofas for a relaxed evening in front of the chimney. For large party, you can change this lounge sofa in 2 real single beds. You can welcome up to 9 adults in the chalet.

Sunny terraces (east, south, and west facing), all of your family will enjoy the place.
Superb views of the valley and the surrounding forests.
Le Grand cerf est un chalet individuel traditionnel avec cheminée, terrasses et un jardin arboré de 2000m² au coeur de Courchevel Village.

Idéalement placé,à 150 metres des pistes et des commerces de Courchevel Village, vous pouvez oublier votre voiture pendant votre séjour.
L'accés aux pistes est facile meme pour de jeunes enfants. Vous prenez soit un petit chemin pour chausser à 100m du chalet, soit vous empruntez la route qui vous mène au front de neige (200m) en passant devant les commerces et l'ESF. Vous pouvez meme revenir en skis jusqu'à 50 metres du chalet.
Sans vis-à-vis, au calme, entouré de sapin et avec une belle vue sur la vallée, particulierement apprécié. Grace aux terrasses sur les 3 cotés du chalet, vous pouvez suivre le soleil et déjeuner ou prendre un café au grand air.

Le chalet est resté dans son style traditionnel.
Organisé sur deux niveaux, on arrive directement au 1er étage sur la piece à vivre de 50m² avec entrée, coin cheminée salon, salle à manger et cuisine ouverte.vCe salon est meublé d'un coin trés confortable pour de belles veillées au coin du feu de cheminée. Vous pouvez accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires en transformant ce salon en deux vrais lits simples . Vous pouvez ainsi loger jusqu'à 9 personnes.
Au rez de chaussée, vous disposez de 3 chambres, cahcune avec un coin toilette ainsi que d'une salle d'eau séparée et de toilettes séparées également.

Sans vis à vis direct, vous profiterez de la vue sur la vallée avec Champagny en Vanoise et sur les forets de La Dent du Villars. Vous apercevez aussi sur les cimes enneigées les sommets de La Plagne au loin et du Grand Bec, Bellecote etc...

Grâce à sa construction traditionnelle, vous pourrez aussi profiter du soleil sur les 3 terrasses exposées sud, est et ouest.
