The cottage is immaculate, very well equipped, both in terms of crockery and appliances .. Oven, fridge are in perfect condition.
The location is perfect, close to beaches and shops and the area is very quiet, drowned in the greenery. It is possible to drive cars into the garden, which is very convenient.
We enjoyed the garden furniture, the barbecue, the ping-pong table and the warm welcome of the owner.
In short, this week in this cottage was perfect, we will come back!
Only downside on the house: the insulation is not terrible, so the first that rises wakes up the others, especially with children ...

However, I note your downside on acoustics. This remark is rare (the first in 17 years) but I am - and will be - particularly attentive to it. Of course, the rooms of this family house do not have the same insulation standards as hotel rooms. A certain discretion is therefore recommended to those who get up earlier. For children who are full of energy as soon as they wake up, the ground floor (bathroom, dining room, kitchen, veranda), well isolated from the upstairs bedrooms, is an appropriate area to channel them; as well as the large enclosed garden on the north side.
Je note toutefois votre bémol sur l’acoustique. Cette remarque est rare (la première en 17 ans) mais j'y suis -et y serai- particulièrement attentif. Certes, on s’en doute, les chambres de cette maison familiale ne présentent pas les mêmes standards d’isolation que les chambres d’hôtel. Une certaine discrétion est donc recommandée à ceux qui se lèvent plus tôt. Pour les enfants qui débordent d’énergie dès le réveil, le rez-de-chaussée (sdb, salle à manger, cuisine, véranda), bien isolé des chambres des étages, est une zone appropriée à les canaliser ; de même que le grand jardin clos côté nord.

Hiking around the peninsula by the coastal path has allowed us to discover a sublime landscape, a very nice area, especially since it has practically no rain of the week.
The lady who greeted us is great!

Everything is nice in this rental it's been 4 times that we rent it.

It is very functional, very well located: close to amenities, the beach and many hiking trails.
