## Space

This bright and tastefully decorated apartment is located right behind the Lagos Marina. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with walk-in shower and 1 ensuite), and a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you might need! The living room is very light with a spacious and colorful sitting area, dining table and cosy wood burner for the colder days. You can enjoy the sun on our very large private terrace.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located on the hill right behind the Lagos marina area. The Marina area itself has all you need including restaurants, bars with live music and a large supermarket (Pingo Doce only 5min away). Both Lagos downtown and the main beach are within 15 minutes' walking distance.

Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.

## Transit

You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.

Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

You will be able to explore Lagos and the beaches by foot or by using the (limited) public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities from Lagos downtown, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier. There is plenty of free parking space next to the apartment.
