In a completely secure residence, facing south, with stunning views of the sea and the town of Benidorm, the park and the pool, two terraces and a large solarium.
At entrance level there is a kitchen, living room, a large bedroom with king size bed and large closets, bathroom shower, terrace.
On the second floor, two bedrooms with two beds each, large closets, a bathroom with tub, terrace.
On the ground next to the park, there is a large garden with access to the cellar (grill, griddle, fridge, beach chairs, umbrellas...).
On level 4 of the tower, there is a piano and a large solarium overlooking the residence, the town of Benidorm and the sea.
Dans une résidence totalement sécurisée,orientation plein sud, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la ville de Bénidorm, le parc et la piscine, de ses deux terrasses et de son grand solarium.
Sur quatre niveaux avec une tour, nous trouvons au niveau 3 entrée rue, la cuisine équipée, le salon, une grande chambre avec lit extra large et de grands placards, salle de bains douche, terrasse.
Au deuxième niveau, deux chambres avec 2 lits chacune, des grands placards, une salle de bains avec baignoire à jets, terrasse.
Au rez-de jardin coté parc, grande terrasse fleurie avec accès à la cave (BBQ, plancha, frigo, chaises de plage, parasols...).
Au niveau 4 de la tour nous trouvons un piano et un très grand solarium dominant la résidence, la ville de Bénidorm et la mer
