I would like to elaborate on some of your suggestions:
- Instead of the classic shower tray, we chose a small bath with a seating option so you can choose to stand up for a shower or sit in the tub (useful for children and seniors)
- The apartment has a 3-door wardrobe in a double bedroom and a 2-door wardrobe in the bedroom with 2 single beds and there are more than 80 clothes hangers in total.
- The equipment of appliances is as described in the announcement and includes kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, pots, coffee makers etc. There is no dishwasher or microwave oven.
- The dimensions of the garage are 2.50 meters wide and 5.00 meters deep so it is suitable for most cars but it was certainly undersized for its imposing minivan.

- L’appartamento e' dotato di un armadio a 3 ante in camera matrimoniale e un armadio a 2 ante nella camera con 2 letti singoli e in totale sono presenti oltre 80 appendini per gli abiti.
- La dotazione di elettrodomestici e' come descritta nell’annuncio e comprende cucina con forno, frigorifero con congelatore, stoviglie, pentole, caffettiere ecc. Non sono presenti la lavastoviglie e neanche il forno a microonde.
- Le dimensioni del garage sono di 2,50 metri di larghezza e 5,00 metri di profondita' per cui e' adeguato alla maggior parte delle automobili ma certamente era sottodimensionato per la sua monovolume di dimensioni imponenti.
