Rent per week our three-room apartment (5 beds) with a terrace overlooking the sea, 50 meters from the beach, in Marcelli of Numana, in the Conero riviera. The apartment is very beautiful and is located the top floor of a two-storey villa, with an independent entrance. It is in an excellent position because it is just a few steps from the sea, immersed in the natural park, with a very large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view. The kitchen is brand-new, just bought, and includes a washing machine. There is a TV and parking is free of charge. The apartment includes a spacious kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed in a square and a half, a double room with anti allergy orthopaedic mattress, a two bed room, a bathroom with a large shower, a terrace. Affittasi a settimana appartamento trilocale (6 posti letto), appena ristrutturato. INGRESSO INDIPENDENTE e TERRAZZO molto grande vista mare, a 50 metri dalla spiaggia, a Marcelli di Numana, nel Parco del Conero.
L'appartamento è luminoso e ben esposto, all'ultimo piano (no giardino) di una villetta a due piani, E’ in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (bagno attrezzato e spiaggia libera), immerso nel verde.
E’ composto da cucina spaziosa, con lavatrice, soggiorno con divano letto a due piazze, camera matrimoniale con materasso ortopedico antiallergico, camera due letti, bagno con cabina doccia, ferro e asse da stiro, televisore 40", terrazzo con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone.

We were impressed by these beautiful places, but to make it even more beautiful the holiday was lucky to meet a really special person. Mr. Stefano, with his kindness and cordiality, made this splendid.

I suggest it all with a full-length mirror and a couple of cabinets for the rooms. The location is average: very close to the beach but a short distance (walking) from the center of Marcelli and shops. Overall good accommodation.
