Very good contact with the owner, very accommodating.

The apartment is very well placed, 50m from the beach and 150m from the center. The balcony has a small view of the sea between two waterfront buildings, thus offering us the spectacle of the tides without having the drawbacks (the wind which can blow very strongly on the seafront).
The apartment is very clean and very functional, nothing is missing.
Finally, the welcome from Mr. D is really very warm. It is a landlord who takes care to make the stay of its tenants very pleasant even if the stay lasts only 3 days and we thank him again.
We recommend this rental 100%.

The sofa bed is comfortable.
For the turn-round, a lot of things to see, beautiful ballades, quiet place, small shops nice.

We loved the small terrace for the sea view and the small garden and deck chairs for drinks as well as the dryer for linen.
I will not even talk about the private parking space because the places are "expensive " to go to the beach!
The Residence is very quiet as well as the neighborhood, at night.
We are close to the amenities of the city (bakeries, market place, bus stops, pharmacy and other shops)
In short, even when looking good, there is nothing to complain about ...
And I will end up with the welcome of the owner: a real northern guy, friendly, warm, available, and very friendly.

Regarding your "flat " I'm sorry for the noise: actually you were right, after verification, the contactor hot water cylinder day / night that was faulty, it was a bit of noise during its operation peak hours. It has been replaced.
Concernant votre "bémol", je suis désolé pour la nuisance sonore: effectivement vous aviez raison, après vérification, c'est le contacteur du ballon d'eau chaude jour/nuit qui était défaillant, il faisait un peu de bruit pendant son fonctionnement en heures creuses. Il a été remplacé.
