It is a two-story farmhouse offering 100% privacy. The ground floor
features an open-plan kitchen with dining and sitting areas,
complemented by an ornamental fireplace, along with two bedrooms (one
with two single beds and one double) and a bathroom equipped with both
a bath and shower. Upstairs, there is another open-plan kitchen with
dining and sitting areas and an ornamental fireplace, accompanied by
three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and
two bathroomsâ€"one with a shower and another with a bath and shower. A
beautiful natural lake, perfect for swimming, is just 250 meters from
the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
