CAP SALOU.
The apartment is located in a magnificent creek in Salou (Tarragona), 50 meters from the beach and only 8km away from the Reus airport (Ryanair flights). The view from the terrace, which overlooks the sea, is beautiful.
The flat is fully equipped for up to 4 people and is located in a tranquil neighbourhood but just 5 minutes away from the animation.
From there, numerous nearby sites of interest are easily accessible by car, including Roman monuments, Cistercian monasteries such as Poblet, Santes Creus and Vallbona de les Monges, or entertainment venues such as Port Aventura (which is only 10 minutes by car). Reus city were Gaudi was born has very nice museum
Beaches and vineyards can be found throughout the Priorat area (Those wines are currently in full swing!).
Other activities such as sailing or horseback riding are available nearby too, making sure boredom is not part of your holiday! The apartment also has a communal pool.
Barcelona is an hour away by motorway or turistic bus each 20 mn ,the bus stop at 10 mn from de appartement
Super friendly, attentive and dedicated owner who has made our stay super comfortable, pleasant and perfect.
The views from the apartment are spectacular! We couldn't believe we were in Salou!
In front of the apartment there is a cove (Cala Crans) which is only accessible in 5 minutes on foot (by stairs) and is super pretty and clean.
There is a lot of vegetation, pine trees, you can walk and go to a lighthouse (surroundings) and a coastal path that is really spectacular at sunset.
You can see almost the entire Costa Dorada from the apartment terrace!

I recommend the dolphin show at night aquapolis at affordable price and a beautiful clean and not crowded beach! With a small shed to drink or eat something there. A serious owner, friendly, helpful I'll thank us for sure! My children, my husband and I spent a very good holiday.

Our apartment is mainly aimed at families, as I told these girls when they contacted me.
And I wasn't wrong.
I will respond to the amount of lies they tell.
They damaged the electric blinds and didn't think to warn, but they discovered that the cleaning lady was coming and they couldn't hide it. According to them it was the wind; The window overlooking the terrace is protected on both sides by glass and wood as you can see in the photos, the person responsible for the shutters told me that they had been misused.
But the problem is that at 4 p.m. and Saturday other customers arrived and we didn't have time to react and they wanted to leave without warning???? . Luckily for the cleaning lady.
This apart from the dirt that we found in the apartment, tables, chairs surrounded by welts of I don't know what.
They talked about the smell of tobacco in the bathroom when they arrived, in the ad it says it's an apartmentnon-smoker. There is a terrace, so if a smoker comes he can do it there, I haven't noticed a smell and I received them myself, but I can't leave two policemen at the door to see who smokes and who does not smoke.
They also say that I told them not to turn on the air conditioning, which is completely inaccurate.
I told them not to leave the air conditioning on when they went out and to turn it off and on when they needed it, because electricity prices were very high.
But it is a recommendation that I make to all visitors and not especially to them.
When the housekeeper who arrived at 11am, their departure time as stated in the announcement and later in the booking, and saw the mess, they called me because she doesn't speak French and still had the nerve to tell me they were going to stay in the pool.
After that and I'm sure there are things I forget,

In short, it is not the 150 euros that they had deposited as deposit, it is the lack of shame that they had, and I feeltruly unprotected against these events.
Notre appartement est principalement destiné aux familles, comme je l'ai dit à ces filles lorsqu'elles m'ont contactée.
Et je n'avais pas tort.
Je vais répondre à la quantité de mensonges qu'elles racontent.
Elles ont abîmé les stores électriques et n'ont pas pensé à prévenir, mais elles ont découvert que la femme de ménage allait venir et elles n'ont pas pu le cacher. D'après eux c'était le vent ; La fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse est protégée des deux côtés par du verre et du bois comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, le responsable des volets m'a dit qu'ils avaient fait un mauvais usage.
Mais le problème c'est qu'à 16h et samedi d’autres clients sont arrivés et on n'a pas eu le temps de réagir et ils ont voulu partir sans prévenir ???? . Heureusement pour la femme de ménage.
Ceci en dehors de la saleté que l'on trouvait dans l'appartement, tables, chaises entourées de zébrures de je ne sais quoi.
Ils ont parlé de l'odeur de tabac dans la salle de bain quand ils sont arrivés, dans l'annonce il est dit que c'est un appartement non-fumeur. Il y a une terrasse, donc si un fumeur vient, il peut le faire là, je n'ai pas remarqué d'odeur et je les ai reçus moi-même, mais je ne peux pas laisser deux policiers à la porte pour voir qui fume et qui ne fume pas.
Ils disent aussi que je leur ai dit de ne pas mettre la climatisation, ce qui est totalement inexact.
Je leur ai dit de ne pas laisser l'air conditionné allumé lorsqu'ils sortaient et de l'éteindre et de le rallumer lorsqu'ils en avaient besoin, car les prix de l'électricité étaient très élevés.
Mais c'est une recommandation que je fais à tous les visiteurs et pas spécialement à eux.
Lorsque la femme de ménage qui est arrivée à 11 heures, leur heure de départ comme indiqué dans l'annonce et plus tard dans la réservation, et a vu le désordre, ils m'ont appelé car elle ne parle pas français et a encore eu le culot de me dire qu'ils allaient rester dans la piscine.
Après cela et je suis sûr qu'il y a des choses que j'oublie,
J'ai la facture pour la réparation du volet que je vous transmettrai.
En bref, ce ne sont pas les 150 euros que elles avais déposés comme caution , c'est l'absence de honte qu'ils ont eue, et je me sens vraiment sans protection contre ces événements.
