The base price is for the rental of just one floor for up to 5 people
Each extra person (up to 10 pers.), depending on the season, will be €75 to €80/week.
Price includes water, gas and electricity (with rational use), linen and towels, cable TV, and full use of existing facilities.
Does not include final cleaning, which must be done by the guests or it will cost an additional €75.
A security deposit (150€) is required, returned at the end of the rental period if there is no damage.

The welcome from the owners was very warm. They were available and good advice for tourism and practical and useful information. Each couple had a single room. A large well-stocked kitchen and a large living room allowed us to eat together around the table.
Outdoor barbecue, pool, deck chairs, table tennis, garden table ... everything planned to spend pleasant hours in the garden.
The villa is close to all food businesses.
We will return to enjoy the outdoor facilities in summer.

Nice rooms and spacious for one or more families together. Very well located shops and beaches. The summer kitchen is very significant because it allows "life outside ".
The pool was much appreciated for 15 days of great heat.
The owners are people more than delightful, welcoming and great tour guides. They know how to discover and enjoy the gastronomic specialties as well as geographical and are very concerned about the satisfaction of their guests.
The only downside is the busy road but very close to all the above advantages far outweigh the inconvenience.

The very friendly owners.
Regarding the house, it is perfect, spacious and family. I highly recommend as well maintained pool for sunny days or the brave and of course the play area for children with pool table upstairs and ping pong outside.
For ideal for shops nearby and the market just 5 min walk, beach not far from the house too.
We strongly advise all prospective tenants to come. We ourselves will not hesitate to return home if welcoming people.

I would like to point out that this house is in the middle of the garage, it is not possible to find a place where the garage is located.
It should be noted that, in the case of the above mentioned cases, it was not possible for the applicant to be contacted at the time of the case, dire cela le dernier jour et même arracher the caméra de la fenêtre, abimant même le câble.

In gros, nous regrettons that communication n'ait pas never fonctionné avec ces locataires. Nous sommes désolés.
Je remarque, que cette caméra était à l’intérieur du garage, derrière la fenêtre donnant sur l’entrée latérale du garage, pour des raisons de sécurité seulement!
Je regrette - ils étaient déjà des personnes que nous connaissions des années précédentes - qu'ils ne nous aient pas contacté pour résoudre le problème sur le moment, car nous allions immédiatement retirer la caméra oubliée, et ils ont opté pour, de manière incorrecte, dire cela le dernier jour et même arracher la caméra de la fenêtre, abimant même le câble.
Je pense que nous sommes de bonnes personnes, correctes et que nous faisons tout pour que nos clients, déjà nombreux, se sentent bien et nous n'avons jamais eu un problème comme celui-ci.
Dans cette situation, les locataires étaient toujours de mauvaise foi, ils considéraient comme une invasion de leur sejour le fait qu’après avoir endommagé le revêtement de la piscine, nous avons pris un technicien pour évaluer les dommages et tenter de les corriger; pour avoir acheté une nouvelle commande pour la porte de la propriété, car le précédent est tombé en panne et a même fourni des soins de santé a un occupant blessé.
