Beautiful apartment located on the 5th floor of a calm and recent residence with elevator, very well maintained by a concierge
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single bunk beds. The living room has a sofa bed, and there is a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, kitchen and, of course, the whole flat has air conditioning. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery...)and the bathroom has an Italian shower
There is a tv, and a balcony overlooking the square, very pleasant in the morning for breakfast as the sun is mild.
You can climb on the roof and enjoy the pool and the magnificent 360-degree view, and sunbathe on the terrace
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people or pets, and unfortunately is not suitable for people with disabilities

L appart à 2 chambres,une chambre double avec un grand lit et l autre chambre avec deux lits superposés.Le salon à un canapé lit,un coin salle à manger avec une table et 6 chaises et donnant sur la cuisine et bien sur tout l appart est climatisé.La cuisine est moderne et toute équipée(micro ondes,vaiselle,lave vaiselle,machine à laver,couverts ...)la salle de bain possede sa douche italienne
Il y a la TV TNT francaise et aussi un balcon qui donne sur la place,tres agreable le matin au petit déjeuner car le soleil y est doux.
Vous pouvez monter sur le toit et profiter de la piscine et surtout de la magnifique vue à 360 degrés et bronzer sur la terrasse,
Vous disposez d une tres grande place de parking et d une cave pour ranger les vélos
Cette location ne s adresse pas aux groupes de jeunes ni aux animaux et ne convient pas malheureusement aux personnes handicapées

Very nice apartment, almost in the city center, very well stocked, really close to the first beach.
Lots of kitchen accessories. Air conditioning for those hot days.
The swimming pool just upstairs.

Lively area despite the off season (end of October 2021).
Nothing to say about the equipment except the sheets and towels which are to be brought by the tenant (but we were informed before the subscription).
The town and the surroundings are superb.

This well located apartment, good view of the square, the harbor and the sea view from the terrace where the pool is located.
Apartment is well furnished.
The 6th floor on the terrace with 360 degree view is very nice.
