Apartment as described with a covered terrace facing the sea, furniture, equipment, bedding, dishes and kitchen utensils at the top. Very quiet residence, well located. This is our second stay in the beautiful Hervé villa. I fully confirm the text of my first review of the last year about the kindness of Mr.Hervé, the house high comfort and spacious, very well equipped. The surrounding landscape is simply wonderful; also the certainly that this villa is in the best three rental I have done in more than 40 years in Sardinia holidays.
The main quality of this apartment is its immediate proximity to the beach. The nearby underground parking is also essential in August. The rooms are very small and could do with a bit of updating, but the living room is pleasant and well laid out. The open kitchen is small but complete. Perhaps it could do with a bit more crockery. The lift is a nice touch. Ideal for a holiday with small children.
La principale qualité de cet appartement est sa proximité immédiate de la plage. Le parking souterrain proche est également indispensable en août.
Les chambres sont fort petites et mériteraient un rafraîchissement , mais le living est agréable et l’ensemble bien agencé. La cuisine ouverte est petite mais complète. Peut être faudrait-il un peu plus de vaisselle. L’ascenseur est appréciable. Idéal pour des vacances avec des petits enfants.
It was a very nice holiday. The accommodation and the location are perfect. The apartment is very nice and well maintained and has everything you need. We can only recommend it and would do it again and again.

We had a great week of vacation in this apartment. A very warm welcome by the owners. The apartment is stunning, offering a beautiful view, beach side, swimming pool and another on the lake and the city. It is very well equipped oven, washing machine, dishwasher and several models of coffee makers. No negative point apart from a piece of furniture to add or leave space in a cupboard to be able to store groceries and a vacuum cleaner may need to be renewed because it has lived and makes a lot of noise but nothing annoying to spend a great vacation :) We will not hesitate to rent it again in a few years. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. Un très bel accueil par les propriétaires. L’appartement est renversant, offrant une belle vue, côté plage, piscine et une autre sur le lac et la ville. Il est très bien équipé four, machine à laver, lave vaisselle et plusieurs modèles de cafetières. Pas de point négatif à part un meuble à rajouter ou laisser de l’espace dans un placard pour pouvoir ranger les courses et un aspirateur peut être à renouveler car il a vécu et fait beaucoup de bruit mais rien de gênant pour passer de superbes vacances :)
Nous n’hésiterons pas à le relouer dans quelques années.

Clean, nice and functional apartment for a family of 4 adults, kitchen complete with everything you need, internal and reserved parking, independent access and outdoor space for lunch with a sea view, comfortable umbrella, sunbed and deckchair for the beach which is 30 steps from the gate. The owner is kind and helpful. Apartment and ideal location if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Very welcoming and really nice owners. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped (dishes, washing machine, hob, microwave and coffee maker, with also tableware and kitchen utensils and even a small barbecue) it is located a few meters from the beach, a bus stop and small shops which are also quite close. The owners lent us baby furniture (travel cot, bathtub and high chair), which allowed us to travel more "lightly". We had a great stay and would be happy to rent this property again for future vacations.
Propriétaires très accueillants et vraiment très gentils.
Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé (la-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaque de cuisson, micro ondes et cafetière, avec également service de table et ustensiles de cuisine et même un petit barbecue) il est situé à quelques mètres de la plage. d'un arrêt de bus et des petits commerces qui sont assez proches également.
Les propriétaires nous ont prêté du mobilier pour bébé (lit parapluie, baignoire et chaise haute), ce qui nous a permis de voyager plus "léger".
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous serons ravis de louer à nouveau ce logement pour des vacances futures.

This is not my first time in this super well located apartment, right on the beach and the big central square, impeccable location. The apartment is large and well equipped. The owner Mrs. M. is very friendly and accommodating. This apartment has already been lived in and it has this charm that other new rentals do not have. You feel like you are on vacation. Personally I will come back, that's more than sure. ??
Ce n'est pas ma première fois dans cet appartement super bien situé, juste au bord de la plage et de la grande place centrale, situation impeccable. L'appartement est grand et bien équipé. La propriétaire Mme M. est très sympathique et arrangeante. Cet appartement a vécu déjà et justement il a ce charme que les autres locations neuves n'ont pas. On s'y sent en vacances. Personnellement je reviendrai c'est + que sûre. 😁😁
