Ground floor apartment for rent near the lake. Just renovated, furnished and equipped with independent heating, very cool in summer, in a well served area. It is 5 minutes walk from the lake where there is a free beach, equipped beaches and a beach with access for dogs. Suitable for both families with children and adult couples for a holiday on the beautiful Lake Garda.
Consisting of large living room with dining area and lounge/TV area with sofa bed, separate and well equipped kitchen, sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (1 of which with air conditioning) and bathroom. Autonomous entrance with parking space. Front courtyard with garden table, shaded green area and comfortable stone tub. Another internal courtyard with a convenient laundry area with washing machine and hallway.
One hour from Gardaland, we are in the area surrounding many ​​interesting places starting from Western Gardesana: a road that runs along the lake to Riva with the famous Limonaie. Also nearby are food and wine routes and spas. The wonderful Valle delle Cartiere with the Paper Museum and the "Vittoriale degli Italiani" by Gabriele D'Annunzio are well worth a trip. Boat trips and surroundings worthy of excursions.
