Holiday apartments with a terrace, in a typical seaside town on the Salento coast
The apartments are in a new building that was completed in 2012 and face the sea in Marina di Felloniche. The little seaside town belongs to Castrignano del Capo. After going 3km along the coastal road leading to Gallipoli you get to Santa Maria di Leuca.
One apartment is on the ground floor and the other is on the upper floor. They are completely independent and only share the access.
To the rear of the house there is a little garden and there is also private parking space. The site is not fenced.
The beach is less than 100 metres away, just a three-minute walk away along a path. You can also walk to one of the highest cliffs about 1km away, with many caves. You can explore them by boat or swimming. There is a bus stop nearby for a tourist bus line called "Salento in bus", which connects the most well-known places in the Salento area. Marina di Felloniche is a typical summer holiday town with a bar, a supermarket, a newspaper shop and restaurants that are seasonal. Other services such as a pharmacy, bank etc. are within two to three kilometres in the neighbouring villages of Patu and Leuca. The accommodation is just five kilometres from the Costiero Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca nature reserve with its spectacular cliffs and a breathtaking view.
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds, which can also be joined together as a double bed (each 80 x 190cm). An additional single bed can also be set up here on request. The accommodation provides everything you need, such as pans, tableware, bed linen and towels, as well as a washing machine. There is air conditioning, heating. A portable heating stove can be provided for stays in winter if required.
The apartment has a big veranda with plenty of shade, so you can dine and relax here outdoors comfortably.
