A spacious master bedroom with double king-size bed is accompanied a 2nd guest room with two separate single beds and a 3rd child's room with single bunk. Outside, the shared landscaped garden offers a communal BBQ and outdoor pool (open 1 May – 30 September), alongside an on-site double garage, with 1 allocated space for the apartment. Subject to availability, larger groups can also rent a 3-bedroom ground floor apartment with private alfresco dining terrace (ID 2456), which features in the same small-scale residence of just 3 apartments.

From its sunny, tranquil setting, guests are 7 minutes' drive away from Caldè (also known as Castelveccana and popular for its beautiful lake beach, amazing restaurants and lakeside winery). Guests are also within easy driving distance from the resort amenities and ferry-train links of Laveno-Mombello, the many local 'Agriturismos' and the top tourist attractions along the eastern shore.

Location

Situated in 'Zona Pira Pianeggi', the holiday residence places guests within a short 7-minute drive from Caldè; with its picturesque lakeside village piazza, amenities and eateries to enjoy. Guests are also well placed for reaching the resort amenities and ferry-train links of Laveno-Mombello (14 minutes' drive away). The charming resort town of Luino is only 19 minutes' drive away, whilst nearby Ispra (34 minutes' drive away) offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the DK Summer Club, Active Sport Day excursions and lake swimming spots. The famous UNESCO World Heritage site of 'Hermitage di S. Caterina del Sasso' in Reno di Leggiuno is 21 minutes' drive away.

Other local Lake Maggiore highlights include Rocca di Angera castle, the Borromean Islands and the resort towns of Intra, Stresa, Arona and Pallanza. Lake Maggiore also offers Safari and Wildlife Parks, the Lake Maggiore Adventure Park and the Ondaland high-tech water park, alongside opportunities for wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and Italian Alps Skiing. For those flying in, Lugano Airport is just 58 minutes' drive away, whilst Milan Malpensa is 71 minutes' drive away.
