This charming house with a modern rustic style is distributed over two floors.
The first has a kitchen open to the living room, two double bedrooms, each with a double bed. It also has a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor we find an attic bedroom with two beds.
Outside we find a terrace with a private pool, a grassy area, a jacuzzi and a barbecue area with a dining area under a porch.
There are two types of access: one from Cómpeta with 5km of paved road and the last 600m of dirt. and the second from Torrox with 5km of regional road and 5km of paved road, 2km of which are unpaved. It is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
