60 square meters, two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room for a total of six/seven beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware.
The two balconies directly overlook the Adriatic Sea.
Supermarket, bars, shops and bike rental just below the building situated in the center of Igea Marina, in the pedestrian area for strolling and shopping.
L'appartamento abbina il comfort di casa alla splendida posizione con vista mare sul lungomare di Igea Marina, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia attrezzata, basta attraversare la strada ( bagno toni 87, convenzione sconto del 10%).

Recentemente ristrutturato, decor moderno, spazioso e confortevole (Fibra Wi Fi, Smart TV, DVD, libri, lavatrice...).
60mq: due camere da letto, un'ampia matrimoniale ed una cameretta con due letti singoli, più un divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno (sei posti letto), il bagno con box doccia e lavatrice, cucina completa di elettrodomestici, stoviglie, pentole e moka per fare il caffè, ferro e assa da stiro.
I due balconi proiettano l'appartamento direttamente sul mare adriatico.
L'appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento autonomo.
Supermercato e negozi proprio sotto al palazzo situato nel centro di Igea Marina, in zona pedonale serale per la passeggiata e lo shopping.

Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily do without the car. All in all, I can highly recommend the apartment.
The landlady is extremely nice and everything went smoothly.

Point out the lack of air conditioning, absolutely necessary, or at least provide a fan floor lamp (which I had to buy at my expense).
Difficult parking (virtually impossible) nearby.

Apartment in perfect condition, recently renovated, new windows (!), Large, bright, extremely comfortable, complete with everything you could need during your stay: gas cooker with oven, autonomous boiler (and in this cold week the end of April is helpful), washing machine, tv hd and DVD player that those who have small children will appreciate in times of need.
Wanting to find a nit, just lacking a microwave, but for everything else there.
The master bedroom even more luminous single, has two large doors leading onto the large balcony facing the sea. And equally large is the balcony of the large living room open to the kitchen made, living room where there is also a "giant " sofa / bed.
Just below the house there is a supermarket, and not far other commercial activities.
Last, but not least, the owner very kind and willing to welcome us to check in on time for the most unusual.
Nothing else to say, except that ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THISAPARTMENT.
