Very nice TWO-ROOM HOLIDAY APARTMENT by the sea in Mattinata, Gargano
Do you want to spend a holiday in a beautiful house by the sea?

In Mattinata, Gargano, we rent a beautiful APARTMENT in Mediterranean style throughout the year located on grounds bordering the beach, a few meters from the sea.

The location of the house is truly ideal for all those who wish to wake up in the morning and reach the sea comfortably on foot in a FEW seconds.

The two-room apartment has been recently renovated, the furniture is practically new as are the systems and fixtures.

The house is equipped with air conditioning.

The ideal capacity is 2 people but there is also a sofa bed (150cm x 180cm when unfolded) which can provide additional temporary accommodation for up to one other person, preferably a child.

It is therefore the ideal solution for a couple or a couple with a child.

The bathroom is very nice but above all it is spacious, functional and comfortable.

In addition to the internal spaces, you will have large external spaces and a covered veranda under which you can enjoy your meals in complete tranquillity.
The parking space is outdoors and adjacent to the house.
