The chalet l'Agassin is located in the family resort of Oz en Oisans, 100 m from the green slope of Clos du Pré and 300 m from the heart of the resort.
Grenoble is a 30-minute drive away, the resort has all the shops and our customers benefit from discounts at a rental of equipment as well as advice from the chief monitor of the ESF.
For your comfort the chalet has a free internet connection and high performance.
6 real rooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets including 2 separate, complete household appliances, kitchen utensils, an IR sauna for two people and an open fire with cassette to ensure comfort and charm of the mountain.
Each bedroom consists of single bed of 80x200 which can be combined to make double beds, except bedroom 3 (bunk bed)

This rental is very good value for money and would be almost perfect if the very small television was changed to a much larger screen.

Sorry again for this exceptional work at our neighbor.
He had nevertheless promised to reduce these, but no doubt that the company was less respectful.
This work will be completed in November.
We will improve the television, however the layout of the room does not allow for too large a screen.

Encore désolé pour ces travaux exceptionnels chez notre voisin.
Celui-ci avait pourtant promis de réduire ceux-ci , mais sans doute que l'entreprise a été moins respectueuse.
Ces travaux seront terminés dès novembre.
Nous allons améliorer le téléviseur toutefois la disposition de la pièce ne permet pas de mettre un trop grand écran.
Les réservations, nombreuses, attestent du succès de notre chalet l'agassiz

The chalet is 50 m from the road serving the chalet park, we are in the mountains, so sometimes you have to go up or down, you don't ski much in the plain.
The recently built chalet is very well insulated and we never had any comments about it.
in the middle of winter at 1400 m it is cold and besides the heating all the equipment is electric, so the electricity consumption suffers.
The chalet is on a north slope, like the whole resort, this helps to maintain the snow cover.
It seems that our clients, according to the people who saw them for the management of the chalet, had not got on well with each other and that their appreciation is the reflection of a certain bitterness.
Too bad, but this does not reflect the opinion of other tenants, some of whom come back every year, which allows us an excellent occupancy rate!
Le chalet est à 50 m de la route desservant le parc de chalet , nous sommes en montagne , de ce fait il faut parfois monter ou descendre , on ne skie pas beaucoup en plaine.
Le chalet de construction récente est très bien isolé et jamais nous n'ûmes d'observations à ce propos
en plein hiver à 1400 m il fait froid et outre le chauffage tous les équipements sont électriques, de ce fait la consommation électrique s'en ressent.
Le chalet est sur une pente nord , comme toute la station , cela aide à maintenir l'enneigement .
Il semble que nos clients , au dire des personnes qui les ont vus pour la gestion du chalet s'étaient mal entendus entre eux et que leur appréciation soit le reflet d'une certaine aigreur
Dommage , mais cela ne reflète pas l'avis des autres locataires , dont certains reviennent chaque année , ce qui nous permet un excellent taux d'occupation !

Following the requests of these tenants, I proposed a report in 2021, with a slightly increased rate, they did not consider it useful to respond to it and contact me again.
Without notifying me they came to the chalet, they were taken care of with great care, and left the chalet at the end of their week saying they were delighted, what was the surprise of the manager when I communicated this malicious comment to him!
This kind of comment therefore corresponds to a rather cowardly revenge.
Our chalet even this year is extremely successful and I doubt that kind of villainy will change anything.
Moreover, the customer lip service confirms the quality of the chalet.
Compte tenu du non-confinement nous n'avons aucune obligation de remboursement.
Suite aux demandes de ces locataires j'ai proposé un rapport en 2021, avec certe un tarif légèrement majoré, ils n'ont pas jugé utile d'y répondre et de me recontacter.
Sans m'en avertir ils sont venu au chalet, ils y ont été pris en charge avec beaucoup de soins, et ont quittés le chalet au terme de leur semaine se disant enchantés, quelle n'a pas été la surprise de la responsable lorsque je lui ai communiqué ce commentaire malveillant !
Ce genre de commentaire correspond donc à une assez lâche vengeance.
Notre chalet même cette année a énormément de succès et je doute que ce genre de vilénie y change quoi que ce soit.
D'ailleurs du bout des lèvres le client confirme la qualité du chalet.
