The balcony is quite spacious and there was always part sun but also half shade, so we could sit on the balcony all day long. An umbrella was also provided.
The pool was nice. When we were there it was never busy. There were sunbeds at the pool, but no umbrellas. That is why we regularly took the parasol from the apartment down.
The apartment has a lot of windows, which is nice for airing and the view. All windows have a roller shutter, so that the rooms can be darkened very well and it keeps the heat out.
It would have been an addition if there was air conditioning.
It is a challenge to park the car because the path there is very steep and winding. We usually left the car at the top of the road.
Next time I will choose an apartment that is more in the center, because it is very difficult to park in Roses.
The only real downside (because the above points were already known in the description) I found that the apartment was not very clean. I have reported this to the landlady, but there hasthey did not respond and we also just paid the 60, - cleaning fee.
It was positive that we reported that a shutter no longer opened that it was already made the next day.
A bit far from the center.

The swimming pool, a real plus!
2 small downsides: access to the rather cramped covered car park (but you get used to it!) and more generally an apartment that is starting to show signs of age.
However, the value for money remains unbeatable.
Mrs. Brigitte R. asks only to satisfy us. Take his time explaining the rental for us.
Mrs. Brigitte R also phoned us before our departure for Spain to suggest that we take the rental a little earlier in the day because the accommodation was available.

The apartment is very good and clean! She is prakmatic and decorated with love.
The access to the underground car park is a bit difficult but can be done for large cars. There is a private access from the house to the path that connects the beaches. Thus, you can walk in peace about 500 meters to the beaches. A bus stop is about 100 meters away.
We spent a very nice holiday in the apartment and will definitely come back.

The apartment has a great terrace with a perfect view, by against equipment level the cat ... Mismatched kitchen equipment, broken washing machine, and a tile that moves under our feet ... Very pity, it lacks not much ...

The flats may be useful to know: access to the garage is technical as other tenants have already reported (but it is of course the price for the view and the situation just above the coastal path); the current flow of water from the Italian shower back to the rest of the bathroom is not easy to manage, and the added bar to put the clothes on is not usable because it has been put precisely in front of the shower; finally the sound insulation is weak.
NB: we do not regret coming in this cold February that was much softer in Rosas than France, but we had to pay 30 euros more electricity for a very reasoned heating for 8 days.
Going back in May 2017!

The admittedly not very large kitchen is functional and well equipped.
Only small problem, a little refreshment shot on interior walls would be welcome.
The rental bonus: good training maneuvers with your car to go down to the car park (private!) ...
