A fully-equipped and comfortable apartment with TV LCD/ Reader. DVD/divx integrated system. Radio alarm clock, with iphone/ipod docking station. Dish washer, Electric cooking hob. Combination microwave/oven/grill, etc. on the 1st floor. Separate accommodation with 3 bunk beds.

The apartment was renovated in 2018.

Direct access to the ski pistes at the foot of the apartment.

Located in the calm residence of Le Sarvan.

Conditions of contract:

It is not possible to vary the contractual options.
On signing the contract, a deposit payment must be paid to secure the rental.
The deposit may be returned on cancellation up to 2 months before the date of the let. After this time, the deposit will be lost.
The balance must be paid 15 days before the date of the let.
The security deposit must be paid to the service company on arrival.
