Venera House is an independent recently built apartment in the center of Avola, a prized resort known for the excellent quality of its almonds and pastries, as well as for wine
The apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 5 people.
On the ground floor there is a living area with TV, sofa, equipped adjoining kitchen, and bathroom with shower and washing machine, while on the first floor, there are two rooms. On the first floor you can access a veranda with tables, chairs and barbecue.
In the suburbs there is an extraordinarily beautiful area, between the sea, the golden beaches and the Iblei mountains, which also includes the beautiful nature reserve of Cava Grande del Cassibile and Vendicari, but also extraordinary cities such as Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli and so on.
Venera House è un appartamento indipendente, di recente costruzione, situato nel centro storico di Avola, una pregiata località conosciuta per l’eccellente qualità della sua mandorla e della pasticceria, oltre che per il vino.
L`appartamento si sviluppa su due piani e può ospitare fino a 5 persone.
A piano terra vi è la zona living con televisore, divano/letto,cucina annessa attrezzata,servizi igienici con doccia e lavatrice, mentre al primo piano, vi sono due camere da letto.Dal primo piano si può accedere ad una veranda esterna attrezzata con tavoli, sedie e barbecue. Si accettano cani di piccola taglia .
Nei dintorni della città si apre un territorio di straordinaria bellezza, tra il mare, le spiagge dorate ed i monti Iblei, che comprende anche la bellissima Riserva Naturale di Cava Grande del Cassibile e quella di Vendicari, ma anche città straordinarie come Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli e così via.
