The kitchen comes with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer, and provides access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a bathroom, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin with a corner bath. The upper floor consists of one room with a 120 cm bed, a 160 cm french bed, and a shower/WC. Additionally, there are two rooms, each with a 140 cm french bed. On the second upper floor, you will find a 55 square meter playroom with a 140 cm double sofa bed, a TV, and air conditioning, as well as a kitchenette equipped with 2 hot plates and a microwave, and a shower/WC.
