The property is located in the famous and monumental Palazzo Partanna in Piazza dei Martiri which was built in the 18th century by Mario Gioffredo to whom the Duke of Paduli had entrusted the task of enlarging and modifying a house purchased outside "Porta di Chiaia". Rebuilt in the 19th century by Niccolini for Lucia Migliaccio, morganatic wife of Ferdinand I of Bourbon and, just before that, widow of Prince Benedetto Maria III Grifeo of Partanna (hence the name of the Palace).
The structure is accessed from the entrance on via Carlo Poerio, which allows direct and independent entry to the property.
The apartment consists of a studio with a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 3 people (with a double bed and an extra bed on occasion) and two double bedrooms each with private ensuite bathroom. A corridor separates the access to the rooms.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wifi, fridge, kettle, Nespresso and bathroom kit.
