The spacious outdoor space at the back is ideal for outdoor dining and letting children play freely or enjoying a barbecue. The sea is only 150 meters away, characterized by low and accessible cliffs, with clear pebble and sandy bottoms where you can enjoy diving, fishing, and snorkeling.

For beaches, the location is ideal, halfway between Gallipoli and Torre San Giovanni: the first sandy beach of Torre San Giovanni is just 4.8 km away, while the first beach of Gallipoli is 9 km away, on the coastal road.
