Just a 5-minute drive from the lovely town of Moraira and 10 minutes from the famous seaside resort of Calpe. Villa Las Brisas has beautiful views of the sea and the hills of Benissa and has the perfect location in relation to the sun and the wind.
Also the Mediterranean garden and the various terraces are a picture, thanks to the various palm trees, orange trees, olive trees and the bourgainville.
Through the spacious hall you can get to the living room with a large sitting area and dining area. The entire house is very tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. You will feel right at home.
From the livingroom it's only 1 step to the fully-equipped open kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and 2 coffee machines of which 1 Nespresso machine.
Through 2 large sliding doors are living and naja (covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and bbq) seamlessly connected .
On the same floor is a bedroom, bathroom and separate guest toilet. In the bedroom there is a door which opens onto the same naja.
Above you will find the master bedroom with a bathroom en-suite, equipped with shower and toilet. Through the bedroom you have also access to the roof terrace. Also located on this floor is the wellness area with a luxurious spacious Jacuzzi, a Tylo Finnish Sauna and lovely outdoor shower. Truly a lovely place to relax with a glass of bubbles and views in front of the valley and the sea.
You can reach the other 3 bedrooms at poollevel via the wide outside staircase.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and washbasin. Here are also 2 toilets.
The villa has lots of privacy and no overlook possibility of the neighbors. In an easy chair or on the lounger at the pool surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers it is easy enjoying this beautiful Spanish villa. Elsewhere you will find also fine places such as under the Palm trees in the garden or on the covered naja. You will perfectly relax and enjoy the peace and nature.
