It is very easy to go down to the beach in 10 minutes on foot by different stairs and roads, and it is better than by car because parking on the beach is difficult in the height of the summer season. The ascent is not a sporting course, it is done in about 15 minutes, depending on the form of each. Each tenant is well informed of this situation.
Moreover, the situation of the apartment is perfectly explicit in the announcement and the accompanying photos... I therefore find these comments unjustified.
