1 dining room, open-plan kitchen, opening onto the front garden.
1 small sunroom leading to the back garden.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds looking out onto the back garden.

On the 1st floor:
1 bedroom with double bed and sea view.
1 bathroom: small bath-tub, washbasin, WC.
