To better enjoy your holiday in Sardinia, I welcome you to my apartment! Located on the second and top floor of a small building, it is really cozy, bright and furnished in a sober and elegant way, and here you can enjoy perfect relaxation after a day spent at the beach or on a hike.
The large living room features two areas, divided by a big white sofa, behind which is the well-equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 sofas (single beds if necessary); in the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine.
All beds are comfortable, with new mattresses and pillows in pure anti-mite latex. For sheets and towels, also of good quality, there is a change every week (for long stays).
On the balcony-terrace you will find a wooden table and chairs where you can have breakfast and a drink or dinner in the evening.
Next to the building there is a private car park that you can use for your car.
From the apartment you can enjoy a pleasant view over large granite rocks and at the bottom of the countryside and mountains, but not over the sea (the main photo of the ad is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda to visit!).
Located in the center of Arzachena, you will be able to reach also on foot the main services: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, banks, market, shops, allowing you to live an experience in contact with the locals.
Per vivere al meglio la vostra vacanza in Sardegna vi ospito nel mio appartamento! Situato al secondo e ultimo piano di un piccolo edificio, è davvero accogliente, luminoso e arredato in modo sobrio ed elegante, e qui potrete godere di un perfetto relax dopo una giornata trascorsa al mare o in escursione.
L’ampio soggiorno è diviso in due zone da un bel divano bianco, dietro al quale sta la cucina ben attrezzata. Dispone di due camere, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con 2 divani (letti singoli all'occorrenza); nel bagno vi è la doccia e la lavatrice.
Tutti i letti sono confortevoli, con materassi e cuscini nuovi in puro lattice anti-acaro. Per lenzuola e asciugamani, anch’essi di buona qualità, è previsto un cambio a settimana (per soggiorni lunghi).
Nel balcone-terrazza trovate un tavolo e sedie in legno dove sarà piacevole fare colazione, prendere un aperitivo o cenare la sera.
Accanto all'edificio è disponibile un parcheggio privato che potete usare per la vostra auto.
Dall'appartamento si gode una vista gradevole su grandi rocce granitiche e in fondo su campagna e montagne, ma non sul mare (la foto principale dell’annuncio è una delle più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda da visitare!).
Situato nel centro di Arzachena, vi sarà possibile raggiungere anche a piedi i principali servizi: supermercati, bar, ristoranti, pizzeria, farmacia, banche, mercato, negozi, permettendovi di vivere un'esperienza a contatto con le persone del posto.
