A few steps from Guidaloca beach, approx 30 m away, situated in the gulf of Castellamare del Golfo (TP), on the top of a sea cliff , you can find this ancient apartment block fractioned in 4 apartments.
A steep staircase positioned very close to the apartment brings you directly to a stone and sand beach with a crystalline sea.
The apartment is on two levels and there is a shared courtyard in front, equipped with a table , chairs and a beach umbrella.
From the entrance you access a wide living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen corner (fridge, freezer, 4 burners, oven) and a big double bedroom with exposed stones on part of the walls.

From a particular wooden stair-case in the living room you can access to the loft where there is a single bedroom and a walk-in closet. Air conditioning/heating system in the apartment and outside private shower at the back of the house.
This apartment was restored in 2005 and offers a cosy atmosphere.
The village of Castellamare del Golfo is situated at around 6 km and there you can find any type of shops, banks, chemists, postal office, hotels and restaurants.
S. Vito lo Capo is at 25 Km, Erice at around 30 Km, Segesta at 35 Km, Trapani at 40 Km and Palermo with its airport at 80 Km.

A 50mt ca dalla spiaggia di Guidaloca, nel golfo di Castellammare del Golfo (TP), in cima alla scogliera, si trova questo antico caseggiato frazionato in 4 case.

E' tutta al pian terreno; ha un cortile sul davanti in comune con le altre case, ed è attrezzato con tavolo, sedie ed ombrellone. Posteriormente una bella terrazza vista mare è a vostra disposizione, con doccia esterna calda dopo-mare.

Ingresso con un grande soggiorno climatizzato con divano letto matr., TV sat SKY (no tessera il cliente può usare la propria), bagno all'italiana con doccia, grande angolo cottura con 4 fuochi, forno, frigo-freezer ed una ampia camera matr. climatizzata, caratterizzata da un angolo con muro in pietra illuminato dal basso, molto suggestivo!
Dal soggiorno si accede con una scala in legno, ad un soppalco dove c'è la camera singola (o doppia a richiesta) con cabina armadio.

Una bella scalinata, posta a pochi passi dalla casa, porta in spiaggia di sabbia e/o piccoli ciottoli, con un mare cristallino straordinario.

Raggiungibile con voli low-cost RYANAIR sia su TP sia su PA.

Scopello è a 1,8km, la "riserva dello Zingaro" a 2km, il paese di Castellammare a ca. 9 km, lì ci sono negozi, banche, farmacie, e ristoranti.

A steep staircase of approx 120 steps , located at a few steps from the house, leads directly to the beach of Guidaloca, with sand and little stones with a clear sea. One part of the beach is equipped with sun-umbrellas and deck chairs. During summer months there is also a children play field. The Natural Park of Zingaro is in 3 km distance and there guests can have nice walking in the wild nature with lots of little hidden beaches.
Scopello with its famous tuna fish breeding is in 2 km, Segesta with its temples are in 25 km. San Vito lo Capo with its white and pink beaches is in 20 km, Castellammare del Golfo with all kind of shops is in 7 km.

From Palermo take the Highway A29 direction TRAPANI – MAZARA DEL VALLO and drive on for about 40 km. Exit at CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO and keep driving on the four lanes road, arriving until the village of Castellammare. Once arrived on the local road, at about 600 meters after the end of the four lanes, you will see on your left an IP petrol station, in front of a bakery shop “ La Sorgente”.

L'accesso al parcheggio è 3,5mt ci entra un SUV X5 bmw senza manovrare, l'area di parcheggio ospita comodamente fino a 7 vetture. Se il cliente non sa guidare non c'entro nulla.
La tavoletta della seggetta era incompatibile con la tazza, è vero, ma abbiamo avuto problemi a reperire la "sua", il il bagno funziona benissimo! Mi dispiace.
Il cliente era stato ampiamente informato che in casa NON c'è l'antenna tv (perché nella nostra zona non arriva il segnale tv tradizionale), ma la parabola satellitare con decoder SKY che consente la visione di 2 o 3 canali in chiaro senza la tessera d'abbonamento e tutto SKY se sei abbonato, ovviamente.
Il cliente fu informato sia per email sia telefonicamente e lui mi rispose che non gli interessava vedere la tv in vacanza.....
Se questa è mancanza di qualità, ditemi voi quale deve essere!
