La casa era come descritto sul sito il sig pietro persona squisita pronta a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente, le abitazioni si trovano in un residence che viene costantemente pulito, un po' scarse le attrezzature della cucina.
The location has fully met our expectations resulting perfectly consistent with the description of the 'ad; is newly built, aesthetically beautiful, very functional, clean and equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay in; is situated in a pleasant residential, quiet and relaxing, full of well kept greenery, not far from the beach within walking distance; its owner, Mr. Peter, it was shown then always very friendly and helpful offering full assistance and allowing us to fully enjoy the pleasures that only a beautiful land like Sicily is able to offer. Very pleasant residence, quiet and very well maintained. Very clean and very friendly owner. Really matched our expectations. 10 minutes from Cefalù is a beautiful small town. We would recommend to friends.
Résidence très agréable, calme et très bien entretenue. Appartement très propre et propriétaire très sympathique. Correspondait vraiment à nos attentes. A 10 mn de Cefalù qui est une très belle petite ville. Nous le recommanderions à des amis.

I like to remember the kindness, sympathy, but especially the availability of owner Peter Arvilla nell'assicuraci as set forth above, but even more I would like to emphasize the exquisite care received by the same owner on the day of our departure, because after a sudden failure of the machine we had to change plans to return home. We found a trusted mechanic, we reported the residence ensuring two-day stay, he took us to the supermarket to do the shopping for two more days, took us back to the mechanic when the car was repaired and made sure the phone that we were able to take the ferry from Palermo to Naples. What can I say, I have already recommended this holiday to my dearest relatives!
Mi piace ricordare la gentilezza, la simpatia, ma sopratutto la disponibilità del proprietario Pietro Arvilla nell'assicuraci quanto stabilito in precedenza, ma ancor di più vorrei sottolineare l'assistenza squisita ricevuta dalla stesso proprietario il giorno della nostra partenza, perchè in seguito ad un guasto improvviso alla macchina abbiamo dovuto cambiare i piani di ritorno a casa.
Ci ha trovato un meccanico di fiducia, ci riportato nel residence assicurandoci altri due giorni di permanenza, ci ha portato al supermarket per fare la spesa per i due giorni in più, ci ha riportati dal meccanico quando la macchina è stata riparata e si è assicurato per telefono che fossimo riusciti a prendere il traghetto da Palermo per Napoli. Che dire, ho già consigliato questa vacanza ai miei parenti più cari!
The house was very comfortable. Furnished in modern style and with ample space available has allowed us to take advantage of every single part of it, including the covered terrace very ultile. Besides the accommodation must say that the owner is a very kind person and very helpful. I highly recommend this vacation home.
L'abitazione è stata molto confortevole. Arredata in stile moderno e con ampi spazi a disposizione ci ha permesso di sfruttare ogni singola parte di essa, compreso il terrazzino coperto molto ultile. Oltre l'alloggio bisogna dire che il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Consiglio questa casa vacanza vivamente.
