2-bedroom apartment of 35m2, fully renovated, located in a wooden building residence. Full south facing, on first floor, the apartment offers a panoramic view of the area of La Plagne and direct access to the ski slopes. It is also located near the start of the ski school (ESF), ski lifts and shops. The apartment consists of an entrance, a living room with 2 beds, a separate bedroom (2 beds or one large bed 2x80cm), a separate dining room with a sliding door with a single bed for 5th person, a bathroom with bath and shower fully renovated, separate toilet, a kitchen and a balcony running around the apartment with double exposure south and west.
Secure ski locker is available at the entrance of the residence. Direct access to the underground parking (1h30 free and paid)
Appartement 2 pièces de 35m2 entièrement rénové en décembre 2020, situé dans le bas de Belle Plagne (immeuble Pierre de Soleil), au 3ème étage avec double exposition (sud et ouest). Vue panoramique sur le domaine de La Plagne et accès direct aux pistes de ski. L’appartement est à proximité immédiate du départ des écoles de ski (ESF et OXYGÈNE), des remontées mécaniques et des commerces.
Pour information, nous disposons également d’un studio mitoyen de 22m2 idéal pour accueillir une deuxième famille de 3/4 personnes.
Descriptif de l’appartement : entrée, salon avec 2 lits, chambre indépendante (soit 2 lits, soit grand lit 2x80cm), salle à manger séparée par une porte coulissante avec un lit pour une 5ème personne, salle de bain avec bain et douche, WC séparés, cuisine équipée et balcon faisant le tour de l'appartement.
Un casier à ski sécurisé est disponible à l'entrée de la résidence. Accès direct au parking en sous sol (1h30 gratuites puis payant). Parking privatif sur demande (70€ lla semaine).
L'appartement dispose d'une box Wifi.
Enfin un service de conciergerie est présent dans le coeur de la station pour vous accueillir et vous proposer location de linge de maison, lit bébé et réduction sur location de matériel de ski et Ecole de ski.
Appartement NON fumeur et animaux non admis.
Possibilité de ménage de fin de séjour : 90€ (à confirmer au moment de la réservation)
