The house is ideal for those who want to spend time in a completely safe rural environment far from the noise of the city.
It is located 1.5 km from Orosei (in the direction of Siniscola) on the Gulf of Orosei on the east coast of Sardinia, just 1500 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the nearest road.
The house is the smallest of the two houses: a typical house of the area but recently fully renovated, it is a one-story building with two bedrooms, living-dining room (with fireplace and TV), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen) with outside showers around the house. In front of the house there is a large shaded terrace bordered by eucalyptus trees to relax and have a barbecue.
Orosei is a large town that offers all the infrastructure and shopping.
The house is suitable for up to 6 people (optimal 4). From the house to the sea it is 1500 m as the crow flies and 2000 m walk. The path to the beach leads first to the romantic Rio Cedrino, which flows here (absolutely clean). This is followed by a long 7.5 km long sandy beach with a beautiful shaded pine forest.
Both houses overlook a hill with olive trees in a large area owned by the family. The view at the front goes to an organic orchard of fruit trees. The nearest beach to the house is the famous beach of Su Petrosu (on Barone), the long sandy beach is just steps away

Si trova a 1,5 km da Orosei (in direzione di Siniscola) sul Golfo di Orosei sulla costa orientale della Sardegna a soli 1500 metri dalla spiaggia e a 350 metri dalla strada più vicina.
La casa è la più piccola delle due case: una casa tipica della zona ma recentemente completamente ristrutturata, è un edificio a un piano con due camere da letto, soggiorno-sala da pranzo (con camino e TV), bagno e cucina completamente attrezzata ) con docce anche esterne intorno alla casa, di fronte alla casa c è una grande terrazza ombreggiata delimitata da alberi di eucalipto per rilassarsi e naturalmente fare una grigliata al barbecue.
Orosei è una città più grande che offre tutte le infrastrutture e lo shopping. La casa è adatto per un massimo di 6 persone (ottimale 4). Dalla casa al mare ci sono 1500 m in linea d'aria e 2000 m di cammino. Il sentiero per la spiaggia conduce prima al romantico Rio Cedrino, che scorre qui (assolutamente pulito). Questa è seguita da una lunga spiaggia sabbiosa lunga 7,5 km con una bella Pineta ombreggiata.Entrambe le case si affacciano su una collina con ulivi in una vasta area di proprietà della famiglia. La vista verso la parte anteriore va a una piantagione biologica di alberi da frutto. La spiaggia più vicina alla casa è la famosa spiaggia di Su Petrosu (su Barone) , la lunga spiaggia di sabbia è a pochi passi
