Suitable for both families with children and small groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its 6 beds and the sofa bed in the large living room.
The apartment is air conditioned and well furnished, with a large living room equipped with a dining table and comfortable sofas, a kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and oven, three bedrooms, two of which are double and one twin, and two bathrooms with shower, one of which has a washing machine.
Its strong point is the large terrace overlooking the sea that surrounds the entire apartment and which is equipped with a garden table and chairs. The terrace is directly connected to the outdoor showers and brick barbecue area.
The house has parking inside the fence, a private grove and a large vegetable garden at the back, where you can pick fresh fruit and vegetables.

Il punto forte struttura è il grande terrazzo vista mare che circonda tutto l'appartamento e che è dotato di tavolo e sedie da giardino. Il terrazzo è direttamente collegato all'area delle docce esterne e del barbecue in muratura.
La villetta dispone di parcheggi interni alla recinzione, un boschetto privato e un grande orto sul retro, dove poter raccogliere frutta e verdura fresca.
