Il se compose d'une petite entrée avec couloir donnant sur la pièce à vivre de 16 m2 avec coin cuisine aménagée bien équipé (WIFI- lave vaisselle, micro onde, plaques vitrocéramique , hotte...) , d'une chambre de 10 m2 , d'une salle d'eau (douche avec mitigeur thermostatique, lave linge) et de WC séparé .

Du vieux port, possibilités d'excursions vers l'ile d'Aix ou Oléron (via Fort Boyard). Conseils touristiques à volonté !!! A bientôt !
