Isola d'Elba, Marciana Marina, delizioso mini appartamento a 50 mt dal mare
Lovely fully furnished, small apartment, ideal for 4 people. The beach is only 50 meters away. Air conditioned. Washing machine and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a small dining room with cooking area, on the first floor, there is an open room with a double bed and a small room with two beds. Bathroom with shower.
Mini appartamento completamente arredato in stile marina, molto confortevole, per 4 persone, su due piani, a 50 metri dal mare, sia spiaggia di sassetti che scogli, riscaldamento/aria condizionata, frigorifero, piano cottura a induzione, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Al piano terra c'è il soggiorno (ristrutturato nel 2023) con angolo cottura nuovo (tavolo con 4 sedie, scaffalature, credenza, cassapanca antica, divano 2 posti in midollino, piccolo armadio). Una scala a chiocciola in ferro battuto porta al 1° piano dove c'è la camera con il soffitto di travi antiche con il letto matrimoniale. Da questa stanza si accede alla cameretta con i letti a castello (senza porta). Il bagno in marmo ha la doccia. Non c'è il bidet, il water ha l'idroscopino. L'esposizione dell'appartamento è ottima. Tutti gli ambienti tranne il bagno hanno finestra. Dall'affaccio del piano di sopra si vede la piazza che porta al Borgo Cotone e sullo sfondo il mare.

The apartment is in the old part of the village, just 50 meters from the sea with many shops and small restaurants. During the summer, there are cinemas and spectacles. From Marciana Marina you can visit lovely places both in the hills and on the coast.
La casa è nel centro storico del piccolo paese di Marciana Marina, a 50 metri dal mare. Marciana Marina è un tipico borgo marinaro molto animato in estate, il lungomare è pieno di locali e negozi. Le attività ricreative estive sono tante. Il mare è molto bello, sia scogli che spiaggia di sassetti che sabbia. In fondo al lungomare a 650 mt da casa c'è la baia di Capo Nord con spiaggia di sassetti, in parte spiaggia libera, in parte attrezzata, uno dei due stabilimenti ha anche una piccola piscina per bambini.
I dintorni sono molto belli, sia verso l'entroterra (Poggio, Marciana Alta) che verso il mare.

Getting there
You can reach Elba Island by boat. The boat leaves Piombino daily, several times a day. From Piombino, you reach Portoferraio in 50 minutes, from Portoferraio you reach Marciana Marina in 30 minutes by car. If you do not have a car, you can use public bus from Portoferraio.
In macchina o treno si deve arrivare a Piombino (provincia di Livorno). Se si vuole traghettare la macchina, da Piombino con 50 minuti di navigazione in traghetto si raggiunge Portoferraio. Senza la vettura si può prendere anche l'aliscafo che in 25 minuti arriva a Portoferraio.
Da Portoferraio in 30 minuti di macchina si raggiunge Marciana Marina. Se non si dispone di una macchina c'è un servizio di autobus di linea che collega Marciana Marina alle altre località dell'isola. L'isola ha un piccolo aeroporto stagionale a Marina di Campo (15 km da Marciana Marina).
