Shower cabin to change and impractical wardrobe. Otherwise very well.
The apartment is functional and enjoys a breathtaking view of the bay!
The contacts with the owner and the person who helps him on the spot are easy.

The ideal location with the beach, shops, etc ...
You do not get tired of the view of St. John's Bay.
We will not hesitate to re-hire next year, despite the 2 stormy days at the end of June.
Only problem - independent of the owner - difficulty for parking (arrival and departure) for both the person who welcomes that for the tenant. But we forget quickly ...
The apartment is well equipped and pleasant, it feels good.
The city center is really close with all amenities.
The optional parking is convenient given the neighborhood.
Contact with the owner very well. The location is really consistent with the description. To recommend.
Apartment "feet in the water " very nice with beautiful sea views Very functional, great kitchen utensil (kettle ok), new TV, impeccable heating (it was a pretty rainy week), just missing pliers and peaks for seafood (dishwasher, washing machine and electric bed untested).
Grand old parquet but splinter and easy to wash (baby). The building has ramps everywhere (except 1 step at the entrance). I had some trepidation water heated by gas, but the facility is new and has not caused any problems. Only the store is a bit heavy to maneuver.
The owner and the people in the agency were very friendly!

Parking by cons who don 't open until 9 am in the morning. Problem if you want to access the car in the evening or morning. Question 's usual.
Par contre parking qui n\'ouvre pas avant 9 h le matin. Problème si on veut accéder à la voiture le soir ou le matin. Question d\'habitude.
