6 bedrooms (2 master suites + 3 double bedrooms that can be split into 2 single beds + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 shower room.
The good distribution of the rooms allows 2 or 3 families to live together while preserving their privacy.
Summer kitchen (with plancha, fridge, microwave etc).
Enclosed garden.
Very well equipped (electrical appliances, wifi, bluetooth speaker, 2 cots, high chair, BB deckchair, bikes, TV...). New bedding. Lots of storage space.
Possibility of a cleaning lady and baby-sitting during your stay.

Maison moderne lumineuse, vaste, fonctionnelle et très confortable idéalement située, en bordure de forêt et à 3 kms de la plage. Un havre de paix niché dans la verdure sans être isolé, et permettant d'accéder à toutes les attractions du Bassin d'Arcachon (plage, Dune du Pyla, marché de la Teste de Buch, Cercle de Voile, commerces, restaurants) par les pistes cyclables.
Grande piscine au sel sécurisée enfants (volet roulant).
Très grand salon salle à manger ouvert sur une grande terrasse avec vue sur la forêt. Aucun vis à vis et calme absolu.
Cuisine ouverte très bien équipée, buanderie.
6 chambres (2 suites parents + 3 chbres lit double ou 2 lits simples + 1 chbre 2 lits superposés), 3 SDB + 1 salle de douche.
La bonne distribution des chambres permet à 2 ou 3 familles de cohabiter en préservant leur intimité.
Cuisine d’été (plancha, frigidaire, micro-ondes etc).
Très bien équipée (électro -ménager, wifi, enceinte, matériel BB...).

Many spaces for 16 people we were not on top of each other;
Well located to access the various tourist points of the basin.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it.
Just one thing was not perfect: We were 13 people (4 couples and 5 singles) - the double rooms were very spacious and luxurious way to sleep as an adult.
Another minor issue: There was a booklet with all the information about the house - but it was only in French. We do know some French but did not understand everything, so a booklet in English would be recommendable.
All in all, a great stay! Thanks a lot!
