Upon entering, you will find an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area on the ground floor, bathed in natural light through the large windows and glass doors overlooking the garden. This floor also includes a cosy double bedroom, a versatile triple room (with a double bed and a single bed), a triple suite (double bed, single bed and private bathroom), as well as a shared bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, two luxurious suites await: a double suite with a private bathroom and a master suite with a king-size bed, private bathroom and a balcony with stunning sea views.
The outdoor spaces are exceptional, designed to make the most of the Algarve's sunny climate. A lush garden with a Balinese bed invites you to relax, and the barbecue area, equipped with a dining table and fridge, is perfect for al fresco meals. For sports enthusiasts, there is a beach volleyball/tennis court. The highlight is the covered heated pool and jacuzzi (pool heating and jacuzzi use are optional extras), ensuring fun all year round.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the property, as well as private parking. Villa Las Salinas comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, with 2 extra beds available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is a valuable addition, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature will be 5°C to 8°C higher with the heating activated.

Minimum stay: 7 days or multiples of 7 (flexible in low season).
Changeover day is Saturday (flexible in low season).
Group deposit: €175 per person (paid by credit/debit card).
A 2.9% fee applies to the total of all payments: booking, deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.
Prices are for up to 12 people.
The 13th and 14th persons pay an additional €126 per week (extra bed) or €21 per week (cot for young children).
Date changes incur a €150 administrative fee.
